1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bazsy ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Bazsy provides an online marketplace connecting link buyers with website publishers for the purpose of content placement and link building. We act as an intermediary platform and are not a party to the transactions between buyers and publishers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Buyer Terms
Buyers agree to: provide accurate order requirements; review and approve content in a timely manner; not request links from sites that violate search engine guidelines; pay for completed orders promptly. All purchases include a 12-month link guarantee unless otherwise stated.
5. Publisher Terms
Publishers agree to: provide accurate site metrics and information; deliver orders within the agreed timeframe; maintain published content for the guarantee period; not use deceptive practices such as PBN networks or artificial traffic inflation.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Buyers are charged at the time of order placement. Publishers receive payment within 48 hours of order completion. Refunds are issued if a publisher fails to deliver or content does not meet agreed requirements.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not: create fake accounts or provide false information; manipulate site metrics or traffic data; engage in fraudulent transactions; scrape or data-mine the Platform; use the Platform for illegal activities; attempt to circumvent Platform fees by transacting off-platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on the Platform is owned by Bazsy or its licensors. Content created for link placements is owned by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Publishers grant buyers a license to publish the content on their website.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bazsy is not responsible for the SEO outcomes of link placements, changes in search engine algorithms, or actions taken by third-party websites. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We use cookies and analytics tools to improve the Platform experience.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
