Founder story

From frustrated buyer to marketplace builder.

Saurabh grew up between Delhi, Beijing, and London — picking up Mandarin, Hindi, and English along the way. That trilingual background turned into a career running SEO for cross-border e-commerce brands, first in-house and later through an agency he co-founded in 2018.

Every month came with the same ritual: open six different marketplaces, export their CSVs, reconcile mismatched metrics, and pray the publishers actually existed. Traffic numbers were inflated. Pricing moved depending on who asked. Refunds required begging. Reports to clients were a patchwork of screenshots and polite guesswork.

After one particularly painful quarter — $42k spent, DR barely nudged, three publishers silently disappeared — he started writing a requirements doc for the tool he wished existed. Transparent pricing, surfaced once. Live traffic data from a trustworthy source. Ownership verified before listing. Refunds baked in.

That doc became Bazsy. The team now spans nine people across Delhi, Bangalore, and Manila, and the rule we hold ourselves to is unchanged from day one: the publisher and the buyer see the same truth.
