Is there a subscription fee?
No. Bazsy is pay-per-order for individual users. Agencies have optional tiers with benefits like bulk discounts and white-label reports.
What's Bazsy's commission?
We add a transparent margin on top of the publisher's base price — typically 20–30%. The publisher keeps 85% of the base price after their 15% Bazsy fee. All pricing is shown upfront on every listing.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10+ placements at once get 5% off. Orders of 25+ get 10% off. Growth and Scale agency plans stack additional discounts on top.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if the publisher doesn't deliver within the agreed turnaround. Partial refund if the link doesn't match agreed specs. No refund after the buyer accepts the final placement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer for orders over $500, and wire transfer for enterprise accounts on Net-30 terms.
Do prices include content writing?
Depends on the listing. Some publishers write the content; others require the buyer to provide it. Every listing clearly labels 'Content: Buyer provides' or 'Content: Publisher writes' so there's no ambiguity.
