1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bazsy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bazsy provides a link building and content platform that includes campaign management tools, a guest post marketplace, outreach tools, backlink monitoring, and related services. Some features are available in free plans; others require a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Marketplace Terms

The guest post marketplace connects buyers and publishers. Bazsy acts as an intermediary and reviews placements for quality. Buyers pay per placement at the listed price. Publishers set their own pricing and receive payment upon confirmed delivery, minus a platform margin.

If a placement does not match the listing description, Bazsy will work to resolve the issue. Refunds may be issued at Bazsy's discretion for orders that cannot be fulfilled as listed.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Marketplace payments are processed per order. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit fraudulent listings or fake metrics
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the marketplace
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, and code are owned by Bazsy. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Bazsy a license to display it within the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bazsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bazsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Bazsy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
